There are many good things to say but I will focus on a few of the highlights: Having spent my career working for one of the most influential travel magazines in the world, I have been privileged to stay at some of the best hotels, both large and boutique, and that list now includes Dos Casas Boutique Hotel. I’m sad to leave San Miguel de Allende but I’m just as sad to leave the hotel. The room always felt clean and organized, which added to the feeling of being pampered. They always left charming little details behind, and each evening at turn down service they would leave a little surprise for me and my husband. The Housekeeping staff did an amazing job, as well. (Our room was cool, I just run hot all the time and needed a fan.) He also gave great recommendations for restaurants, and was available to answer quite a few questions for me through What’s App. I messaged our host, Joel, asking for a fan for our room and we had one almost immediately. They were friendly, kind, and SO helpful. The staff made us feel pampered and cared for, and since it’s a relatively small property we were able to become familiar with some of the staff…it felt very personal.

The gardens and landscaping are breathtaking, and our room was perfect for what we needed. The property is STUNNING! It felt almost like we were guests at someone’s private home because it was so authentic.

We just spent 5 nights at Casa Sierra Nevada and could not have been more pleased.
